Quotes and prices: Providing your quote is free. Our prices are excluding taxes and are guaranteed for 1 month.

Deadlines: The completion date is approximate. A possible delay cannot result in cancellation. If there is a delay in the completion date you cannot claim penalties or damages.

Orders : Your order is finalised on receipt of our confirmation email. An order by telephone or sms is considered valid 48 hours after receipt of the order. You are required to double check all the elements such as quantity, colour, dimensions etc.

Guarantees : The conventional 5 year guarantee is subject to correct implementation and proper usage. Tubular motors are guaranteed for 5 years from the manufacturing date. The conventional 5 year guarantee doesn´t prevent the application of the legal guarantee against hidden defects. Excluded are incidents inherent to problems of: transport, stockage, installation or maintenance not in accordance with best practice or our recommendations. Normal wear and tear of equipment, installation and/or maintenance defects are excluded.

Responsibilities : NUVENE SAS cannot be held responsible or sought in the event of non-compliance with the instructions and limits of use of our products or incorrect installation and/or use. In the event of a dispute, only our order confirmations will be accepted.

Payments : Our invoices are payable according to the terms defined when opening the account. Any outstanding amount must be settled in full using any suitable form of payment, regardless of the initial payment method agreed. Any late payment results in the application of penalties at a rate of 1.5 times the legal interest rate (law no. 92-1442). Any dispute will be exclusively within the jurisdiction of the commercial court of the company's headquarters. Payment of VAT according to debits. No discount for early payment.

Retention of title clauses : The goods remain our property until receipt of full payment (law n°80-335 of 05/12/1980). They may be taken back in the event of non-payment and the customer authorizes NUVENE to enter its offices and workshops to collect the goods.
